The Tour starts from Windsor Reserve (opposite the Devonport Library) and finishes at Torpedo Bay (next to North Head). This walking tour is flat and at a gentle pace.
Visitors to Devonport may then like to walk up to North Head and take in the historic tunnels and watch a video in the historic stone kitchen. The view from the top of North Head gives you an excellent perspective on the city of Auckland and its main shipping entrance.
