This sheet music was written to celebrate the second visit of the Royal Navy ship, HMS NEW ZEALAND, to NZ in 1919.  HMS NEW ZEALAND was paid for as a gesture of patriotism and loyalty to the Crown by the New Zealand Government.  The cover of the music is autographed “To Mr & Mrs Fleming with regards from ‘Roslyn”, a nickname of Margaret A. Sinclair who wrote the lyrics to the song.  The music is by Bert Rache.
