Harold Titter is a Fellow Associate Chartered Accountant. In 1990 he was awarded the "Companion of the Order of St Michael and St George" and in 2001 he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Auckland. He is an honorary Captain in the RNZN. As a Chartered Accountant he practiced in London, Malaysia, New York and New Zealand. Later he was Managing Director of Feltex New Zealand Limited, Commissioner of the Auckland Area Health Board, Secretary of Defence, Councillor and Pro-Chancellor of the University of Auckland and Chairman of the Northern Regional Health Authority.
Today Harold is Chairman of Trust Power Limited and a Director of Port of Tauranga Limited.
